ASTM A333 Grade 6 is a low-temperature carbon steel pipe grade qualified by Charpy V-notch impact testing at -45 degrees C. Normalising produces a fine-grained microstructure that retains toughness where ordinary carbon steel would turn brittle, which makes it the standard specification for cryogenic transfer lines, LPG and LNG handling and cold-climate installations.
Sarovar Tube Industries manufactures, stocks and exports ASTM A333 Grade 6 Seamless Pipes from Mumbai to customers across the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Every heat is verified by in-house testing before despatch and supported by complete documentation, so the material you receive is exactly the material you specified.
The table below sets out the standard manufacturing range for ASTM A333 Grade 6 Seamless Pipes. Sizes and finishes outside this range are produced against firm orders.
